You can refuse delivery. In this case, it will be refunded as soon as we receive it in return. However, freight costs and insurance will not be refunded for unduly motivated refusals.
All mail orders allow 7 days to decide if you keep or not the goods. It must be sent back in its original packaging, good as new : all goods sold in pots must still be sealed. If products are not returned in unopened and undamaged condition Kalys Gastronomie reserve the right to refuse a refund.
All parcels must be checked prior to signing the delivery note. If there is any damage to products, or missing items, or the integrity of the seals has been broken, this must be mentioned on the delivery note. Don’t hesitate to check the state of the goods in front of the courier or to refuse it. Send us immediately an email to gastronomie@kalys.com or a letter explaining why you are refusing the products.
For Continental France :
The post service will leave in your letterbox a certificate to collect the parcel at your local Post Office within 15 days. After this time, the parcel will be returned to us at your cost.
Shipping out of Continental France :
The messenger service will leave a delivery bill with a telephone number to define a new delivery date.
For metropolitan France, orders are processed within 1 or 2 days of reception and shipped by a certified messenger service. Purchases are delivered within 2 to 3 days after leaving our premisses unless unavailable (out of stock). All parcels are traced in our certified process under an individual processing number.

The credit card transaction is secured by SSL technology. All the information handed over from your computer are encrypted till they reach the bank’s server.
Nevertheless there is some danger somebody might use your credit card data on the Internet but this is due to a human flaw not to the technology used. Information cannot be recovered from your ordering on our site but could come from people using your cash receipts or receipts from shopping.. Be extremely cautious not to leave these documents lying around or made available to strangers.
When you order and have selected the payment terms, the order is supposed to be finished (you accept product and price). If prices go down some days after this, we cannot refund the difference. If pricing goes up, we shall always deliver the goods with their price on the day of your order. In both cases the price on the order form are definitive and irrevocable.
To use a discount code, all you need to do is fill in the appropriate box when ordering.
If it has been acknowledged the rebate will appear on the order bill before confirmation.

When you sign in on our website, you can enlist as a professional in the specific fields and complete the form with the name of your company and the EU intracommunity VAT number if it is registered in the EU. For Eu registered professionals, VAT will be deduced from the total of the order (unless based in France).
